An executive recruiting firm placing senior talent into tech and finance. Seven years in business. Strong reputation. Every new client came through the founder's network or word of mouth. Revenue was not declining — it was erratic. A previous agency had been hired to run outbound. Outdated methods. No infrastructure. No results. The founder was spending most of every week on business development and still could not predict next quarter's revenue.

We mapped approximately 20,000 target companies across 6 to 8 sub-verticals within tech and finance. Built 25 dedicated domains and 100 verified mailboxes — all warmed, authenticated, and engineered for primary inbox delivery. Developed nearly 200 message variants and tested them at scale. Controlled launch first, then scaled the combinations that converted.

At full capacity, the system was sending 1,300 to 1,700 targeted emails per day. Every message written in the founder's voice. Every sequence designed to earn a reply, not force one.

03 — Result

Result

15,000 targeted outreach emails over 11 weeks. 200 interested conversations with qualified decision-makers. 4 signed clients at an average deal size of $40K. $250K in confirmed pipeline value with more in active conversation. The system is still running. The founder's time on business development went from most of the week to almost none.
