Email & Anti-Spam Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

Avinmont Strategy ("Avinmont," "we," "us," or "our") is a trade name of Avari Global LLP. This policy sets out how we use email to contact businesses, the standards every email we send must meet, and how anyone can stop receiving email from us or report a message.

This policy applies to every email sent by Avinmont, by our partners and staff, and by anyone working on our behalf. It covers avinmont.com and every other domain owned by Avari Global LLP.

2. Our Position on Unsolicited Bulk Email

Avinmont does not permit unsolicited bulk email. We do not send mass mailings, newsletters, or promotional blasts to people who have not asked for them, and we do not allow anyone else to advertise our websites or domains that way.

In particular, we do not:

• Send the same message in bulk to large lists of addresses with no connection to a specific person or business
• Email generic consumer or personal addresses for business outreach
• Use false or misleading sender names, "From" addresses, or subject lines
• Hide the identity of our company, or send from domains that are not ours
• Sell, rent, share, or trade email addresses, including the addresses of people who have opted out
• Keep emailing anyone who has asked us to stop

3. How We Contact Businesses

Our email is business-to-business correspondence. When we contact a business for the first time, we do so on these terms:

• One person, one business. Each email is addressed to a named person at a specific company.
• Relevant to their role. We only contact people whose job relates to the reason we are writing, such as founders and leaders of firms that may benefit from our services.
• Business addresses only. We write to work addresses at the recipient's company.
• A real sender. Every email comes from the mailbox of a real person at Avinmont, and replies reach that person.
• Low volume. Each mailbox sends a small number of emails per day. We do not use high-volume sending infrastructure for outreach.
• Few follow-ups. If someone does not reply, we send a small number of follow-ups at most, then stop.

4. What Every Email We Send Includes

• An accurate "From" name and address, and a working "Reply-To" address
• A subject line that honestly reflects the content of the message
• The sender's full name and our company name
• A real reply address. Replying to any email is all it takes to stop further email from us

5. Opting Out

Anyone can stop email from us at any time, for free, in one step. Reply to any email with "unsubscribe," "remove me," or any similar message, or write to hello@avinmont.com.

• We act on opt-out requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.
• An opt-out is permanent. The address is added to a suppression list that covers every domain and mailbox we use.
• We never ask for payment or any information other than an email address to process an opt-out.
• We never sell, share, or reuse opted-out addresses for any purpose.

6. Laws and Standards We Follow

We follow the email laws of the countries we write to, and recognised industry best practice, including:

• United States: honest sender details and subject lines, and opt-out requests honoured within 10 business days.
• United Kingdom and European Union: the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). We contact corporate subscribers only, on the basis of legitimate interests. We do not send unsolicited email to sole traders or individuals.
• Canada: Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only contact addresses that have been published publicly in a business capacity, without a statement refusing unsolicited messages, and only about matters relevant to the recipient's role.
• India: the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Industry practice: the Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG) Sender Best Communications Practices.

7. Our Sending Domains

Our main website is avinmont.com. We also own other domains that we use only for business email from our own team. These domains do not host third-party content, affiliate links, or redirects to other businesses. Every domain we send from is registered to Avari Global LLP.

8. Email Authentication and Security

• Our sending domains publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so that receiving mail servers can verify that email claiming to come from us is genuine.
• Mailboxes are hosted with established business email providers and protected by strong passwords and restricted access.
• We monitor bounces, spam complaints, and inbox placement. If a mailbox or domain shows signs of problems, we reduce or stop sending from it until the cause is fixed.
• We remove addresses that bounce and do not email them again.

9. Third Parties, Contractors, and Affiliates

We do not run affiliate programmes, and no third party is authorised to send email advertising Avinmont, our websites, or our domains. Any contractor who works on our email must follow this policy in full. We remain responsible for all email sent on our behalf.

When we run outreach on behalf of a client, the email names the client we are working with, and every standard in this policy applies in full.

10. Reporting a Message

If you received an email that mentions Avinmont or one of our domains and you believe it breaks this policy, please forward it, with full headers if possible, to hello@avinmont.com. We will investigate, stop any sending that does not meet this policy, and reply to you. If someone is using our name or domains without permission, we will take action to stop it.

11. Enforcement

A partner, employee, or contractor who breaks this policy will have their sending access suspended while we investigate. Serious or repeated breaches will end their involvement in our outreach.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be shown by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
