1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website avinmont.com (the "Site") operated by Avinmont Strategy ("Avinmont," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Avinmont Strategy provides done-for-you client acquisition services for B2B service firms. The Site provides information about our services, allows visitors to schedule strategy calls, and contains content related to our industry expertise.

The Site is informational. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service agreement, proposal, or guarantee of results. Service agreements between Avinmont and its clients are governed by separate written agreements.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avinmont Strategy regarding your use of the Site. Any separate service agreements between Avinmont and its clients shall govern the provision of services and take precedence over these Terms where applicable.

13. No Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Avinmont Strategy.

14. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Avinmont Strategy services operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.

Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice to your account manager or emailing hello@avinmont.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

Refunds: Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. Avinmont Strategy does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. In certain circumstances, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Avinmont Strategy.

Deliverables: Upon cancellation, all deliverables created during the engagement (including but not limited to prospect lists, messaging, campaign data, and infrastructure) remain the property of the client.

15. Trade Name

"Avinmont" and "Avinmont Strategy" are trade names used by Avari Global LLP. All references to "Avinmont," "Avinmont Strategy," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Avari Global LLP operating under the trade name Avinmont Strategy.
